AVAILABLE POSITIONS

HOSTESS / HOST

Job Type: Full Time / Part Time

Responsibilities:

  • Greet each guest with sincere warmth and enthusiasm as they enter the restaurant.

  • Manage seating organization tools to ensure that guests are seated in a timely manner.

  • Communicate with all team members to ensure efficient shift operation.

  • Talk to guest and contribute to the experience.

  • Quote wait times properly and ensure guests are notified of additional delays.

  • Acknowledge guests who seem to be irritated by a long wait or other challenges at the front door or waiting area.

  • Have a thorough knowledge of seating layout of the restaurant.

  • Take care of responsibilities of the position and help others when possible.

  • Keep the work area clean and all equipment in good repair.

  • Thank each guest and welcome them to return.

SERVER

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests.

  • Inform guests of menu changes and daily specials, and make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.

  • Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and itemize in POS system.

  • Serve food and beverages to guest and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required.

  • Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems.

  • Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.

  • Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.

BUSSER

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Serve guest water upon arrival and provide refills as needed.

  • Remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave.

  • Promptly clean table tops, chairs, and floors under and around tables between guests.

  • Take soiled tableware to the designated area, and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes, and glassware for cleaning.

  • Serve food to guests when servers need assistance.

  • Maintain adequate supplies of items such as silverware, glassware,dishes, or trays.

  • Communicate with server and host/hostess to expedite effective seating, table utilization, and customer service.

  • Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.

KITCHEN MANAGER

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: train kitchen staff on proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques.

  • Oversee operations for kitchen and BOH.

  • Hire staff, purchase food, and stock.

  • Attention to detail: uphold highest level of excellence for food quality and presentation.

  • Keep records on food waste and employee hours.

  • Effectively communicate any kitchen and food related issues to General manager.

  • Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.

  • Create the best dining experience possible for customers.

FOOD PREPARATION

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Work with seasonal ingredients for the preparation of menu items.

  • Prepare all food items according to the prep list, label date, and time.

  • Minimize waste of products.

  • Communicate with BOH team members and management throughout the shift.

  • Basic English reading and communication skills are required.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

  • Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.

HOT FOOD PREPARATION

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare station menu items according to specified product information in a timely matter with attention to detail and quality.

  • Responsible for refilling soup station to the service station.

  • Oversees freshness and quality of items prepared.

  • Communicate with BOH team members and management throughout the shift.

  • Basic English reading and communication skills are required.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

  • Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.

DISHWASHER

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, pots, and utensils.

  • Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition

  • Receive and store supplies.

  • Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, bar, buffet tables, and refrigerators.

  • Create the best dining experience possible for customers.

  • Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
